class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Mi chiamo Raffaello, vengo da un paesino piccolissimo dell\u2019Appennino Bolognese (che amo definire un Principato).<br \/>\nNel mio tempo libero creo Vermouth.<\/p>\n<p>Sono docente ONAV, seguo le lezioni del corso per diventare \u2018assaggiatore\u2019 che riguardano i vini fortificati. Ho tante idee e progetti per fare tornare il Vermouth al posto che gli spetta da sempre.<\/p>\n<p>La mia idea di punta si chiama IVO, ve lo presento: IVO \u00e8 un Vermouth, ma sarebbe pi\u00f9 corretto definirlo come un personaggio di un film. IVO sono le tre ultime lettere delle parole digest-IVO e aperit-IVO. E il Vermouth, nel mio modo di concepirlo e soprattutto, di realizzarlo, \u00e8 esattamente un connubio tra i due. E\u2019 un perfetto aperitivo grazie alle note secche, sapide e amare date dalla aromatizzazione della concia \u201cAMARICANTE\u201d ed un perfetto digestivo, grazie alle sensazioni morbide, sinuose e profumate date dalla seconda concia, la \u201cSPEZIATA\u201d. Ma IVO \u00e8 anche e soprattutto il nome di mio nonno materno, colui a cui ho dedicato questo prodotto.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
