Samuele Briatore

Samuele Briatore is a researcher, lecturer, and cultural studies scholar whose work connects cultural communication, performing arts, and mediation in cultural institutions. He holds a degree in cultural communication and promotion and a PhD in Music and Performing Arts, and has collaborated with several academic institutions including the University of Malta and the European University of Rome.

His academic career includes research activities at Sapienza University of Rome, within the Department of History, Anthropology, Religions, Art and Performing Arts, where he worked on projects related to culture, ceremonial studies, and institutional communication.

Among his notable initiatives is the research project Distretto X, developed with the Cultural Department of the City of Milan, aimed at experimenting with new forms of cultural participation and museum storytelling, engaging citizens and communities in the interpretation and promotion of cultural heritage.

At Snouf – Fragrance Niche Event, Samuele Briatore will contribute an interdisciplinary perspective on the relationship between ritual, aesthetics, ceremonial practices, and sensory perception, themes that also intersect with the world of artistic perfumery and contemporary olfactory culture.
