Charles Flamminio is a bartender, educator, and researcher in the field of contemporary mixology, with a strong focus on the relationship between aromas, botanicals, and sensory perception. Throughout his career he has developed an experimental approach to drink creation, exploring natural ingredients, infusions, and extraction techniques designed to enhance the aromatic profile of raw materials.
His research particularly focuses on the use of tea and aromatic botanicals in mixology, an area in which he has organized tastings, workshops, and masterclasses aimed at discovering new combinations between tea, spirits, and botanical ingredients.
